Associate Manager- Business Finance

We are hiring for an Associate Manager- Business Finance role based with a Solar Power Energy MNC in Bangalore.

Job Profile :

- Partner closely with business key stakeholders in OPS, drive analytical excellence and provide insightful suggestions for improvement.

- Drive Business Finance activities including long-term plans, annual budgets, forecasts, day-to-day financial analysis, and routine communication.

- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.

- Develop standardized dashboard reports across all business divisions.

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and margin expansion

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Prepare presentations to Corp Finance, Business Partners, and Senior Management Team to explain financial results of the organization Responsibilities:

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Results analysis and reporting

- Ad Hoc analysis as required

- Creation of presentations for management

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years in hardware manufacturing environment

- Bachelor's degree

- Manage full P&L including revenue, cost, inventory, expenses

- Strong communication skills

- ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
