Associate Manager - Business Development & Sales


Our client provides low-carbon energy solutions to its customers. Their solutions include solar projects both on-site and off-site, battery storage, etc.

They have global clients across verticals such as manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, hospitals, healthcare, educational institutes, etc. Their client base includes Yamaha, Cisco, Reckitt Benckiser, TVS, GE, Honda, Pepsico, etc.

Founded by a veteran entrepreneur who is a graduate from IIM-A and also with vast industrial experience, our client is headquartered in Gurugram and has offices in Bangalore, Dubai, Singapore.

As an Associate Manager - Business Development & Sales, you will be responsible for focusing on revenue generation.

What you will do -

- Generating new leads, opening new calls and following up till closure

- Following up on leads & pushing new sales

- Maintaining database- existing clients with different working models, prospect clients, leads, current & future requirements with timelines

- Identifying various ongoing transportation models under B-B & B-C portfolios in the market

- Identifying catchment areas & exploring new geographies for business growth

- Following up with existing customers for project leads and incremental business

Achieving targets :

- Being aggressive in generating new business in Contract Logistics

- Closing business with clients within prescribed & targeted timelines

- Being responsible for P&L of the account

- Negotiating quotes and agreement clauses with the clients

- Ensuring regular delivery of customized MIS and vehicle tracking reports to the clients

- Coordinating for timely payment of bills

- Monthly & quarterly review with existing customers for client retention and service excellence

- Engaging with different clients to understand the challenges being faced

- Providing timely feasible solutions in coordination with various support functions

- Coordinating with different internal team members for solution designing & Kaizen to ensure customer retention

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA/Any graduation from reputed institute

- Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Orientation towards target and self-motivation

- Positive approach
