Hiring for the role of Brand Marketing - Associate Manager for a health and wellness leading startup based out in Pune. Job Description - The role is expected to help the organization and the brand to lead drive the brand marketing objectives for the year which centre around brand communication creation, media marketing along with content marketing initiatives across owned and paid assets. Responsibilities - - Build the brand by increasing the TOM/Spont and equity scores through brand communication and brand improvements on the product - Help in building the most efficient media plans that deliver on the best ROI with the given budgets - Help brand discovery by increasing search volume cumulatively month on month through initiatives undertaken. - Liaise with internal creative/media teams and external agencies/vendors to deliver on timebound marketing projects with the highest quality - Study the brand segmentation and targeting approach to ensure campaigns and ideas continue to build on the growth opportunities for the brand basis relevant(chosen) consumer insights. - Understand the basics of brand building and ensure uniform brand visual and language guidelines across communication collateral. - Offer creative feedback wherever necessary to in-house creative resources on on-going daily campaign collateral. - Brainstorm with social and growth teams to devise tactical campaigns/ideas which ensure engagement/participation and result in user retention across owned assets including in-app/social. - Manage KPI reports for all campaigns that rest under the brand marketing umbrella and present these to the management on a case-to-case basis. - Manage onboarding of new vendors, including contract negotiation, legal documentation and payment processing via the internal finance team.
