- To highlight any anomaly or deviation from the normal for the critical KPIs

- Define base lines for the parameters in the control tower

- Do RCA for the deviations in relevant KPIs and share the findings

- Alert the team leads on a real time basis of the deviations to assist them in planning better

- Prepare Daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and publish them to highlight individual and team's productivity and performance

- Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement company's future, and hence your future, is boundless. We want to start with reimagining the BFSI industry to a tech-forward, customer centric sector.
