Why the role exists

- The Assoc. Manager - Growth marketing is primarily responsible for driving growth marketing initiatives across AMER, ANZP& European markets of Enphase.

- Enphase sells its product offerings through D2C lead generation programs across geographies. The incumbent will be responsible to deliver revenue growth by end to end management of lead generation campaigns (both organic & inorganic) and driving initiatives for improving lead conversion.

Scope of responsibility :

- End to end responsibility of managing the organic and inorganic lead generation campaigns across AMER, ANZP & Europe

- Optimizing campaign performance & taking early calls for opportunity maximization

- Owning targets for campaign performance and sales qualified leads across lead generation channels

- Conceptualize and execute initiatives to monitor and improve pipeline and conversion rates

- Program manage marketing tests for improving lead form conversion rates

- Coordinate with internal sales team for monitoring conversion of leads generated

- Run experiments with the support of internal sales team for improving conversion of sales qualified leads

- Coordinate with external agencies to augment organic (SEO) and inorganic performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

- 2-3 years (Tier-1 MBA) / 7-10 years (Non tier-1 MBA) in program management of lead generation/ digital marketing initiatives

- Bonus for: Performance marketing experience in a highly competitive industry - Experience working in primarily PPC ad platforms [Google Ads (search, shopping, display, video), Amazon Ads, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook etc.]

- Analytics capabilities with Google Analytics (GA4/Tag manager) - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role

- Knowledge of best practices around effective messaging, funnel optimization, deliverability, customer segmentation, reporting, analysis, and testing strategies.

- Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
