Associate - Litigation Management - Anti Piracy & Copyright Licensing Firm - LLB/LLM

Our client a company having PAN India presence and engaged in the business of anti piracy and copyright licensing is looking for an Associate to work in the field of litigation management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drafting, issuing, responding and tracking of legal notices

- Liaising with external counsels in the south region (Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi) for strategising about new and pending litigation, tracking of cases etc

- Liaising with statutory authorities from time to time.

Required skill sets:

Good at drafting legal notices and documents, liaisoning

Qualification:

LLB/LLM
