Associate - Litigation - LLB/LLM (0-1 yrs)

1. Handling Civil, Corporate, and Constitutional law litigation matters across District Court, High Court, and Tribunals.
2. Drafting and reviewing of Complaints, Writes, Appeals, and other legal documents.
3. Knowledge of substantive and procedural laws required.
4. Research and drafting of legal opinions.
Requirements:
1. Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.
2. Fluent in reading & writing Kannada (mandatory) & English languages.
3. A person with an attitude and ambition of making a serious career in litigation.
4. The candidate must have excellent drafting and communication skills.
5. Must have excellent research skills.
6. The candidate should have Team Player qualities that should also be able to perform independently.
7. The candidate should be able to meet deadlines with assigned work.
8. Should be genuinely committed and stable towards the profession.
9. Candidates must be enrolled with KSBC.
