Job Description

- Appearing before the lower and high courts of Karnataka.

- Legal research.

- Legal drafting.

Area of Law :

- Civil matters of all nature with specialization in commercial matters, both before the Civil Court and Arbitrations. 

- We have matters before the High Court on the constitutional side and also appellate side. We handle matters before the Magistrate and Sessions Court which are quasi-criminal in nature. 

- We also handle matters before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Forum and the Authority constituted under the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act. We sometimes also take up corporate work and advise Clients on various agreements.

Skill sets required - Legal research, knowledge of Kannada (speaking and reading) is mandatory, good understanding of constitutional law, CPC and property law. Must have keen interest in litigation.
