Requisite Experience : The candidate must have the minimum experience in respect of each of the following : - Drafting Gap Analysis Reports. - Assisting investigations for clients in varied industries. - Drafting comprehensive compliance checklists (employment-focused). - Implementing the right corporate governance framework in regard to these regulations. - Advising clients on the establishment of appropriate compliance practices. - Conducting risk assessments and compliance audits. Qualifications and Education Requirements : - Must hold L.L.B Degree from a reputed law school with a strong record of academic success. - Should be working/ associated in/ with a Reputed Law Firm/ Construction Company in India. - Well versed with APTEL, CERC and Electricity Act Skills : - Excellent writing and analytical skills. - Substantial drafting experience.
