Location: Hyderabad Experience-2-6 years Qualification - LLB/CS Preferred : - Experience in a law firm, in-house legal function, PE or VC. Responsibilities : - Working directly with the CIO and the team for the portfolio listing and AIF/FEMA related compliances. - Liaise with External Counsels, third party consultants, financial institutions, rating agencies, etc. - Exhibit efficient transaction management skills to close the transaction within desired timelines. - Involve in transaction/ deal negotiations, engaging with counterparties, investor, partners, regulators and external counsels across the business entities - Support in deal structuring and assist in end-to-end deal execution/ closure. - Draft and negotiate diverse set of legal documents such as MOUs, head of terms/ term- sheets, transaction documents, required as a part of initiating. - Support the Management during negotiation meetings with counterparties in connections with the deals. Skills : - Exemplary written and verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent articulation skills and sound knowledge of all corporate/commercial laws. - Willingness to expand skillset, take on new opportunities and ownership of work. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc).
