Associate - Top tier law firm - LLB/LLM

Our client a top tier law firm having its presence in Bangalore and other cities of India are looking for an associate in advisory role with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience which at least 3 years must have been mainly spent at a law firm doing technology law, employment law or TMT. Candidate mandatorily should have exposure in two of the three mentioned before.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide Legal advisory support

- Drafting contracts

- Negotiating contracts

- Reviewing contracts

- Legal research

- Due diligence

- Risk Management
