RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reviewing of new draft cross border memoranda (CBMs), legal opinions and providing regular updates of existing CBMs and Opinions. - Interacting with external counsel and stakeholders - Advising on potential CBM issues as the first point of contact - Providing regular feedback to the AM and WM businesses and cross border forums on pending reviews and draft summaries of updates. - Conducting additional research and assist on special projects as needed.
