Associate - Legal - BFSI

(1) To provide support in:

a. Drafting/ negotiating the terms of the term sheet;

b. Reviewing/ drafting of legal contracts such as:

i. Share subscription agreement,

ii. Shareholders agreement,

iii. The share purchase agreement, and

iv. Employment contracts, etc.;

c. Reviewing CP/CS/ Closing documents and closing the transactions; and

d. Coordination with various stakeholders;

e. FEMA related filings.

(2) Has fair knowledge and understanding of the corporate and related laws, such as Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, contract law etc
