Responsibilities :
- Gathering requirements from Functional Analyst and develop programs accordingly in both ABAP-HR and ABAP areas.
- Developing new programs or modifying existing programs in SAP ABAP-HR and ABAP areas
- Prepare technical documents of developments
- Quality initiative attentivities like setting up QA tool and code quality review or other tasks
- Good experience in working on highly customized objects
- Knowledge of SAP functional areas HCM(added advantage if he/she has experience in other module like SD, MM,FI)
-SAPSCRIPTS and Smart forms
- Dialogue programming
- Interfaces
- BADI's/BAPI's
- User exits/enhancement, BDC, Workflow, Webdynpro
