Looking to hire Associate Year 2 for a well known Investment Banking firm - Healthcare Sector in Mumbai Profile Requirement : - 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking - Working on M&A, PE end to end transactions - End to End Execution, Financial Modelling, Market Research - Experience of concepts in private equity and/or mergers and acquisitions domain - Must have mid-market to large size ($50mn-80mn) transaction experience in Healthcare sector - Candidate must have a deep understanding and relationships in the sector. - Candidate must have 2-3 years of sell side execution experience Qualification : MBA from top-tier institute or first attempt CA & CFA
