Associate - Investment Bank

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Global financial analytics

- Responsible for preparation, delivery and reporting of Cost and Performance analytics, Planning & Budgeting, Monthly Business Review Meeting (MBRM), Quarterly Business Review Meetings (QBRM) , other Exco materials & other senior management reportings

- Understand various business drivers reflected in the management reports and highlight key variances, opportunities and issues to the regional and global management teams

- Work with global and regional COOs, Finance directors and managers to proactively identify and implement improvements to the way in which different processes works from a business driver perspective

- Develop and run business driven operational metrics seeking continuous business improvement and drive projects assigned to the team

- Act as a resource to facilitate complex problem solving and issue resolution

- Standardization of MI across the works streams

Technical Skills:

- CA/MBA with post qualification experience in business and financial analysis, preferably in investment banking industry

- Experience of working in KPI-driven, performance-metric focused business environment

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational & interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills required. Knowledge of -
Essbase and other FI tools will be preferred.Function as a motivational force within the team
