Executive Search Consultant

We are a Singapore headquartered executive search business building our center of excellence in India. Our India office will be a training ground for our international offices including Singapore, Hong Kong, Saigon, Dubai, Melbourne, and Toronto.

This is a 2-year program during which your key responsibilities will include :

- Market mapping and gathering commercial intelligence via telephone interviews

- New business development by proactively reaching out to new clients and introducing Aidentifi

- Maintaining client relationships by continuous interaction and increasing revenues from existing clients

- Publish content in target markets to increase brand awareness

- After program completion, you will have the option to remain in the India office and the top 20% of candidates will receive options to move to our international offices.

- Good academic qualifications and notable achievements in extracurricular activities

- Able to do sales, relationship building. Confident of achieving revenue targets.

- High energy, friendly, team player, competitive and collaborative

- Strong communication skills in English, presentable, able to thrive in a multicultural environment
