ASSOCIATE, INTERNAL STRATEGY AND REPORTING

Overview of the Associate, Internal Strategy and Reporting Role :

- An Associate in the Internal Strategy and Reporting department has a multi-faceted role which includes monitoring performance of delivery departments, working on strategic projects with Management to support business decision making, planning and executing client retention and expansion initiatives with team leaders in Financial Services

Key Responsibilities :

- Mid-level Strategy role with basic exposure and experience in finance

- Managing a team of Analysts and reporting to the AVP

- Working with Senior Management and team leaders in Financial Services with regards to client updates/progress and several strategic projects of the firm

- Analyzing client's operations and organizational capabilities to gauge optimal service usage and suggest forward-looking plans to enhance service delivery

- Creating periodic client-focused business performance reports for management to review revenue growth, operational performance, etc.

- Creating, maintaining, and analyzing client reports - tracking data such as utilization, service usage, feedback, etc. to gauge satisfaction levels across the client base

- Monitoring delivery teams and rolling out best practices to ensure standardization across the board

- Liaising with Business Development to facilitate business growth - cater to prospective clients by leveraging institutional knowledge

- Working with various internal departments to facilitate business planning, track organizational capacity and enable business decision-making

Prerequisites :

- Strong analytical ability

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)

- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task

- Well versed with Excel and PowerPoint
