Job Description :
- Ability to execute engagements independently.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong report writing skills
Technical Expectations :
- Has Worked on internal audit / risk assessment engagements during articleship / post qualification period.
- Should have worked on Internal Financial Control engagements.
- Should have an understanding of the risks and control environment of major business cycles such as P2P, O2C, Finance, R2R, compliance etc.
- -They shall be responsible for leading /executing on-field audit / IFC engagements including preparing reports for review of engagement leads.
- Should be able to monitor on-field performance of articles / interns working under them
- Should be able to chart out audit field work plan and ensure timely completion of audit and submission of deliverables /reports within planned time.
- Should have strong communication skills to hold discussions with process owners / client management
- Should be reasonably capable to articulate the issue, identify risk and suggest improvement measures
