Associate - Inside Sales (Steel)
Company Brief: B2B e-commerce platform for steel consumers, connecting micro, small and medium enterprises with steel distributors. One can purchase steel at competitive prices, with doorstep delivery at the click of a button.
The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSMEs steel purchases on the platform.
Job Brief:- Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of our platform
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
Qualification:- MSME Requirement: BE/B. Tech
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience in steel industry preferred
- Knowledge of region specific languages where they will be deployed (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati)
- Prospecting and closing Skills
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Customer service Acumen
- Desire to exceed growth, and working in a fast paced environment
