Job Description

Essential functions and responsibilities of the job include-

- Provide GAAP conversion services to the clients

- Provide accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Indian GAAP) to clients

- Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues

- Assist client in IPO preparedness and manage production of financial information for IPO process

- Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross border transactions

- Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic Qualifications:

- CA/ Qualified ACCA (must be a member)

Experience and skills

- 1-3 years of relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Prior experience of preparing IFRS accounts locally & globally

- Candidates currently working with a Big 4 or a reputed mid sized firm preferred

- Candidates residing or willing to relocate to Mumbai need only apply.
