(3) Major HR process redesign such as Performance Management Systems. (4) Culture transformation. (5) HR Diagnostic and improvement planning. (6) Competency modelling. We have our own products for 360 assessment, Pulse surveys and Board Evaluation. Skills &amp; Experience :&nbsp; (1) Overall good documentation ability and experience of working with case studies. (2) Excellent Excel &amp; PPT skills. (3) Good diagnostic &amp; research ability . (4) Has been part of a client delivery/ solutioning team for any of the practice areas above. (5) 2-3 years prior HR Consulting experience is a must.
