Associate Head/Head - Sales - Real Estate (4-14 yrs)

Purpose of the role :

- Manage the overall City Operations including Sales, Business Development and Services Operations management.

Accountabilities/ Job Description :

- Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with clients.

- Always perform duties in a professional and knowledgeable manner

- Manage and achieve sales target as assigned

- Possesses the relevant technical knowledge and ability to perform
 
Executive Leadership:

- Identifies difficulties or challenges and utilizes creative thinking in providing solutions to the team. Achieves results and sets personal and team targets.

- Knowledge of market movements and updates

Financial Understanding :

- Understands the relationship between workstation rates, occupancy and operating costs and how it affects EBITA

- Understands the importance of accuracy in financial and operational reporting for the board of directors and shareholders

- Demonstrates an ability to control costs and identify the difference between critical and non-essential cost items.

- Demonstrates an ability to understand and manage both occupancy and workstation rates to the maximum benefit.

Accountability and Efficiency :

- Responsible core function as sales and business development function and manage the operations team with high efficiency.

Customer Services / People Skills:

- The development of Customer relationships to support the business goals.

- The development of Partner relationships to support the business goals.

- Escalation and Programme management - working with internal teams and partners to manage customer situations.

- Developing systems for proper communication between departments and overseeing the implementation

- Required to work closely with the sales & operations team, to train/develop and to encourage up-sell programs and to also ensure customer satisfaction

Communication skills :

- Efficient communicators with external clients and internal team

- Build successful performance-based culture in team and communicate well to team

Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements:

- At least 5 to 8 years of successful sales experiences and management experiences in PMC /IPC, Services Apartment, Hotel and Business Centres or relevant capacities

- Fluency in English

- Energetic, social, and outgoing

- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline

- Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts

- Able to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEO- s

- Great interpersonal, communications, and networking skills

- Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks

- Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries
