Associate - Global Public Affairs & Marketing, India
Global Public Affairs is seeking an Associate with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills to join their APAC team based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Compile media reports; draft briefing notes, communications plans, talking points and speeches for the companies senior executives
- Work with the company business teams on public transaction announcements
- Support senior Public Affairs team to identify and work with media
- Conduct in-depth research for projects across the company business units
- Support marketing content creation (videos and other materials)
- Work on various ad-hoc projects to support senior management initiatives
- Conduct daily media monitoring on firm and industry news
Qualifications:
The company seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should:
- Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience form a top Mass media university
- Thrive under pressure; able to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, challenging environment
- Be a team player
- Have the ability to understand and write clearly about technical subjects
- Have experiences working with Indian media; knowledge of key journalists and publications
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
