Job Title: AGM New Business Development (India Market)

Job Type: Full-time


- We seek an experienced and results-driven AGM New Business Development(Sales) to lead our business expansion efforts in India.


- As an integral part of the leadership team, the AGM will drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and identify market opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.


- This senior leadership role demands a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the identification, development, and execution of new business opportunities across multiple verticals in the Indian market.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Indian market to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within target organizations.

- Lead market research and analysis to identify new trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Indian market.

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for launching new products or services.

- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company goals.

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

- Represent the company at high-profile industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand presence and foster relationships.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities and provide regular updates on progress to the executive leadership team.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

- Ensure alignment of new business initiatives with the companys overall objectives and growth targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales/marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a significant focus on the Indian market.

- Proven track record of securing and growing large, strategic business accounts.

- Strong understanding of the Indian market landscape, customer behaviors, and industry trends.

- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within an organization and work effectively with senior leadership.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in a leadership or senior management role in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

- Strong network within key industries or verticals in India.

- Fluency in English languages is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools and business development technologies.
