Associate General Manager - Growth - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

- Work experience in consumer internet companies driving user growth

- Education from tier-1 college

- Prior experience in marketing and

- Prior experience in IT systems is a plus

- Able to manage teams and stakeholders

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

- Service Sector or Consumer Internet businesses - Edtech preferred

Key Responsibility Areas:

This will include but not limited to

- Ideating and executing growth initiatives

- Drive user acquisition through focused programs across all channels

- Plan and own traffic with campaign management, analysis and monitoring

- Be the Voice of Customer to drive superior experience and value creation

- Decode user behavior and define journeys to upscale digital penetration of the business

- Drive promotions and content led campaigns to drive business objectives

- Work closely with Product Tech to drive funnel conversions, monitor drop offs and to suggest data backed features that can enrich user experience

- Own competitor assessments and keep close tabs on industry trends to ensure correct marketing constructs to drive traffic and conversions

- Any other item deemed necessary
