Associate General Counsel - Pharma Industry - Provide legal and compliance guidance in order for the business heads to achieve business objectives. - Attend Committee meetings and look after the assigned projects to ensure compliance of policies & procedures. - Responsible for providing legal advice and support the management for developing the standard contracts for procurement of high end services or materials. - Responsible for engaging in Alliance Meetings, M&A proposal to provide legal dimensions and risk associated with agreements & contracts. - Manage outside counsel and legal experts as necessary. - Looking after the ever changing external legal environment like FCPA enforcement and take corrective actions and educate all the stakeholders. - Work closely with the Compliance office and drive key compliance initiatives - Support and collaborate with Global Data Privacy Office and work for ensuring strict adherence to Global Data Privacy laws and regulations including General Data Protection regulation (GDPR).
