Associate General Counsel - Manufacturing

Leadership role for a large listed manufacturing organisation

Client Details :

Our client is a large listed Indian MNC with more than USD 2 Bn turnover with multiple manufacturing facilities looking to hire an Associate General Counsel for its global operations

Description :

The role entails :

- Business Advisory : Supervise and guide the legal team on global legal matters

- Risk Mitigation : Ensure all legal and Statutory compliance are in place

- Mergers & Acquisitions : Assist the GC with corporate projects including but not restricted to M&A

- Litigation : Manage ans liaise on all litigation

- IPR

Profile :

Ideal candidate will have :

- 10-15 years of post qualification experience

- A mix of law firm and in-house experience is highly desired

- Candidates from reputed law firms may also apply

- Experience in advising manufacturing setups is a plus
