Funds Clients Services and Transfer Agency Specialist - Mutual Funds Looking for a professional with 5+ Years of experience in US Mutual Funds operations, Mutual Fund reporting, Asset Management, Client Services and Transfer Agency. Key responsibilities: - Manage the ongoing development and oversight of various Funds control programs including but not limited to blue sky, intermediary oversight and prospectus adherence. - Serve as operational liaison between company's Asset Management, intermediaries and relevant third-party service provider(s). - Participate in activities and research with industry forums in relation to the company's funds client services and transfer agency regulations and activities. - Work with external financial intermediaries on matters related to the company's funds control programs and associated policies and procedures.
