An exciting, pivotal role for a Professional well-versed in Fund Accounting GAAP, IFRS, US Regulation You will lead a team of competent professionals who are responsible for Calculations of Net Asset Values, Distributions, Expenses, Fee Billing, etc.   LOCATION: Mumbai/Bangalore  SHIFT: - EMEA /NIGHT (6:00 PM onwards)  YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER  A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR   - Managing Day-to-Day functions for Reconciliation Function  - Involving close coordination and working with other clients site to meet objectives and deliverables  - Monitoring and reporting shift/site shift performance  - Reviewing of Procedures and assuring new processes are documented  - Developing and implementing efficient and standardized workflows within the teams.   THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE  - 4+ years relevant experience in Fund Accounting of Mutual funds industry.  - Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, US Regulation S-X, US Investment Company Act of 1940, UCITs, various fund structures, their operations, accounting and oversight.
