- Financial Modelling - DCF, Lease Rental Discounting, Business Case & waterfall mapping

- Deal Valuation - Project appraisal & feasibility analysis (IRR/Yield)

- Rooted understanding of Real Estate Business

- Understand & tweak Legal/ Business Documents in track mode

- Project Refinancing / Pitch books/ Information memorandums

- Excellent in MS Excel/PowerPoint & Word

- Excellent in understanding of Accounting & Financial concepts

- Good with stakeholder's management
