Associate - Financial Reporting - Financial Services

Our client is a global bank and financial services with operations across the globe. As part of global operations, they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of Financial reporting team based out of Mumbai.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Compile and provide detail support and analysis for internal files and external audit review.

- Assist in maintaining a sound SOX controls environment and ensuring proper documentation of our SOX processes.

- Responsible for general ledger activity, journal entries and monthly reconciliation close process.

- Prepare quarterly statements, analysis of internal and external audits.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Undergraduate accounting degree with exceptional academic credentials /CPA or equivalent preferred

- Financial reporting/ Financial controllership experience with 6- 10 years of experience.

- Experience with OneStream and/or PeopleSoft is a plus.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.

- proven track record of delivery improvement and engagement across an organization.

- Advanced Excel with extensive knowledge in utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables and macros is required.
