Associate - Finance - Change Management & Asset Management Division - Investment Bank (8-10 yrs)
A leading Multinational Investment Bank is currently hiring!!
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will report to Vice President, CAO of Change Management and Asset Management Division.
- Be able to research, prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to/by the Head of Division and CAO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Able to determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Prioritise conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on open items to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Financial Management and Reporting :
- Participate in preparing budgets, co-ordinate with local and regional BMO's to finalize allocations and numbers
- Proactively manage budgetary spends, resource allocations and meet profitability objectives of the firm
- Be responsible for Financial reporting to Sr Mgmt - Actuals, Projections, Deviations and mitigation plans
Stakeholder Governance management :
- Be accountable of Management meeting schedules, own publication of presentations to Sr. Management (Local and Regional).
- Provide business and strategic inputs for Head of Division's meeting with Global Stakeholders, capture minutes, follow through on action points and ensure closures.
MI Framework :
- Create and manage data models to form the base of data analysis and MI Framework
- Provide dashboards - Financials projection, Tracking Profit objectives, Employee and divisional performance management scorecard, Skill scorecard, Practice areas plans and progress etc to provide insight of Divisional objectives and enable decision making
- Demand Portal, Resource allocations and fungibility scorecards
Vendor Governance and Management :
- Overall management and governance of the relationship
- Develop scorecards/metrics/dashboards to monitor supplier performance
- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings as required to conduct periodic QA of vendor processes and operations
- Manage book of work, commercials, contracts and billing.
Business Continuity Co-coordinator :
- Be responsible for contingency readiness of people, process and infrastructure to avoid disruption of business
Operations Risk Co-coordinator :
- Responsible for Risk mitigation frameworks, periodic reviews to identify risks, strengthen or build new controls and key man risk mitigation.
- Constantly review the Operating model and come out with suggestions for evolve and improve
- Be responsible for temp staff's area of work
