Job Description of Role 1. Project management - SPOC for all export NPD and SKU transitions, opening FG code with the help of Brand manager - Arrange concall / Project meeting with other stakeholders for Export and import - Generating exception alerts for delays. 2. Ensuring sales OC provides budget/month wise volume projections for SKU's to Production OC (PVMI). Monthly volumes/Order Qty are checked with M&amp;E. 3. Ensuring General rule for MOQ agreement followed. 4. Alignment and Agreement on SLA's between Sales, Production OC and all required stakeholders. 5. Ensuring forecast is provided by Sales OC for an annual basis in-line with budget/annual offtake volumes. 6. Execution : a. Ensuring Production OC will purchase both Raw and Packaging materials based on a forecast, for the requirement covering up to maximum M+3 b. Ensuring Sales OC is responsible for the materials purchased based on the forecast they provided c. Ensuring Production to be done basis firm orders (PO) only. Firm and Rolling production requirement generated basis firm order (PO) &amp; forecast on 15th of every month for the next 6 months d. Production for safety stock to be done as per agreement b/w Sales &amp; Production OC
