Company : Reputed domestic law firm Location : Mumbai, Fort Position : Associate Department : Litigation and Dispute Resolution Experience : Minimum 2 to 6 years PQE in dispute resolution matters Qualification : LLB Preference : Given to candidates who have practiced in Mumbai and worked with Solicitors Core Task : - Manage end to end case work and new matters involving disputes between consumers and Service providers. - Assist in arranging arbitrations; oversee hearings to evaluate contentions of parties regarding disputed contract provisions; advise and counsel parties to solve problems; make creative and appropriate suggestions for dispute resolutions and notify consumers of available options when seeking resolution - Administer Auto Line arbitrations and submit related paperwork to Council - Advising clients in relation to dispute resolution, always adopting a commercial approach - Working with a range of clients. - Representing clients in Court of Session. - Involvement in alternative forms of dispute resolution. - Drafting of client advice.
