Purpose Of The Role:

We are currently looking for an Associate Director to be based in our Bangalore or Mumbai office. You will provide assistance in business development, new client acquisition, project development and relevant matters for the Team Lead in the region.

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

- Liaise with private angel investors, family offices, early stage venture capital firms, potential strategic partners to showcase or raise capital for early stage companies / start-ups.

- Candidates with experience in Investment Advisory / Wealth Management / Venture Capital.

- Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance capital raising capabilities and contribute to building Qi Ventures' franchise

- Meet revenue and other financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of investors / prospects.

- Serve as a brand ambassador to Qi and mentor to junior team mates.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of relevant experience

- Minimum 5 years in client relationship/investment management role

- Experience working in a Bank/Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Investment Banking Institution preferred

- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Education:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

- Master's degree preferred
