- Formulating & implementing best business practices, optimizing cost & performance across warehousing channels

- P&L Head for Warehouse Operations, manage Warehouse Operations for customers from varied industries

- Implement cost saving measures to achieve reduction in logistics cost

- Managing warehousing, purchase, transport, supply chain cost reduction, and operational efficiency

- Performance Management and Man Management activities for the region.

- Plan, develop & implement strategy for Operation Management and Development.

- Establish & maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Operation

- Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization

- Overseeing client support services

- Managing procurement and resource allocation

- Ensure activities carried out in the Organisation meet and integrate with Organisational requirements for Health, Safety and Legal policies in force.

- Manage & develop direct reporting staff (recruitment, development & delegation etc.)

- Manage & control departmental expenditure within the agreed budgets.
