Salary Offered - Rs.40.00 Lacs per annam - Rs.45.00 Lacs p.a

Job Location - Mumbai - Nariman Point

- Understand the business of the Company/Client, the challenges and factors which have led to the financial distress

- Discussing with the management as to how the business is expected to perform, how much is the sustainable debt, what is the require of additional capital to stabilize the business

- Preparation of Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow identifying the best possible Debt Resolution under RBI norms like Corrective Action Plan (including Rectification or Debt Restructuring), 5/25 Scheme, Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), Outside SDR & Scheme for Sustainable Structuring of Stressed Asset (S4A)

- Preparation of Proposed Debt Resolution Plan, Information Memorandum (IM) including Techno Economic Viability (TEV) study to establish the viability of the Company operation's after implementation of the proposed Debt Resolution Plan

- Coordinating with the Joint Lender Forum (JLF) / Independent Evaluation Committee (IEC) / Overseeing Committee (OC) for the approval of plan and its implementation

- Meeting at various level of Bank's / Financial Institution's to complete the implementation of proposed Debt Resolution Plan. It includes preparation of appropriate Power Point Presentation for the said meetings

- Maintaining relationship & coordinating with Stress Funds / Sovereign Funds / Strategic Investor / Special Situation Funds who are looking at providing priority financing for companies after restructuring.
