We are currently looking for Associate Director - Transformation with one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon.  - Responsible to deliver an end to end accounting and finance services.  - You are an experienced finance change and transformation professional with extensive exposure to Finance process and technology change management and its implementation.  - You have the ability to act as a role model to influence the behaviour of the wider high performing teams. Provide direction to people, projects and/or processes and create opportunities for others to develop and extend their skills and experience.  - With a flair of excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client orientation when planning and organising work.  - Minimum 17-18 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience  - University Degree or Master Degree in any discipline  - Experience with finance transformation and change delivery.  - Certification on project management and process re-engineering methodology e.g. MBB  - Experience of working in an International environment will be an added advantage.
