Role: Technical - L&D (National)
Location: Gurugram
Organisation: MNC - Big 5 Consulting Client
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and managing national level trainings and location rollouts
- Conducting training need analysis
- Coordinating with competency training champions to ensure trainings are rolled out as per the planned technical training calendar
- Preparing training reports and reviewing reports prepared by the team
- Managing and reviewing the overall Learning Management System
- Coordinating with the IT team to ensure the LMS is updated and implementing any necessary new developments

- MBA / Graduate in any stream
- 7+ years' experience in a similar profile
- Proven experience in training management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a team
