Associate Director - Technology Recruitment (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for Associate Directors - Technical recruiters with 10 years of technology hiring experience in staffing and recruitment industry with mandatory business development and team lead experience, who is capable of doing the 360 degree recruitment right from onboarding the new clients, generating business from existing clients and can fulfill the client mandates. Business development experience is a must along with team lead experience.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the technology sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
- Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for our clients in the technology sector.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain clients and candidates.
- Monitor and report on recruitment activity, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to ensure the agency's competitiveness.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A proven record of accomplishment of success in recruitment, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment is essential.
- Must have a record of accomplishment of being a high biller.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
