Associate Director - Technology - NBFC

We are hiring for leading NBFCS established in 2008 is a digital finance company that provides access to debt for under-banked individuals and businesses in India. Through a combination of capital, products, partnerships and technology. It operates across multiple asset classes, thus providing access to a diverse set of debt opportunities to sectors, such as microfinance, small business loans, affordable housing finance, vehicle finance, agricultural finance, consumer finance, mid-market corporate finance and others.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop and implement new software programs

- Work in Agile development approach, and participate in the scoping the project and timelines

- Own the delivery and manage expectations with stakeholders for their module/application

- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues

- Work closely with architects and other team members to participate in project planning

- Be accountable for his/her delivery adhering to quality standards and timelines amidst ambiguous inputs

SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

Minimum Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech (CSE, Electronics preferred)

Minimum Experience:

- 10+ Years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge on Software development life cycle.

- Proficient in OOPS Concepts / Core Java / JavaScript/ HTML for the implementation of industry specific analysis methods of sensor data in a scalable application enterprise.

- End-to-end development of software artifacts from requirement analysis, to coding according to proven idioms and design patterns, to the tests and build procedures.

- Actively communicate with the other team members to align on concepts and expected contributions, to inform about risks and to discuss solutions.

- Ability to document software design decisions.

- Ability to quickly acquire proficient skills in new areas and technologies.
