Associate Director - Technology Lead - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
- Lead development of large projects - including design, build and development, testing, deployment and post production support
- Work with Product Owner and Solution Architect to understand requirements, prepare High Level
- Design and Estimates, Breakdown project work in Epic/ Stories to support development using Agile Methodology, Identify dependencies for Epic and Story level work
- Work with Solution Architect to design applications to meet business requirements
- Develop Application Framework, POC
- Lead team of Developers, Mentor and Support Developers
- Create Story titles for Epic, Help Scrum Master in refinement, Estimates and Acceptance Criteria for story level work
- Develop Coding Standards/ Guideline for the Development team, Perform Code Reviews
- Plan Release and Deployment for Non-Prod, UAT and Production Environments
- Deliver Stable, Secure and Scalable Application/ Solution to meet business requirements
- Introduce new Tools &Technologies to Development team
- Identify training needs for the Developers
- Proficient in Java development involving Spring Boot with Minimum 8 years' experience.
Minimum Experience :
- Minimum 8 to 12 Years' experience.
- Somebody with strong technical and communication skills to be able to work as a hands-on Lead Java developer.
- Good understanding and implementation experience of Design Patterns.
- Java 8 - 11, Spring boot, Strong SQL skills Postgres SQL database knowledge, Cloud Experience in deployment (CI/CD), Unit Test case, Angular -Good to have
