- India Practice Leader for implementation of Direct Tax Products. Managing a team of 6 members responsible for implementation of various software like Onesource Tax Provision, Onesource Income Tax (Direct Tax Products) and Onesource Workflow Manager (Compliance Management Tool). Clients are based out of India and US. Reporting to US Senior Director, Professional Services and Head of Technology, India.

- Interaction with clients (via phone, web and onsite meetings) to determine business and technical needs related to implementation of various software. Propose optimal system configuration based on Industry best practices. Creation of Process Document and training of Client personnel on using the software.

- Experience in end to end implementation of Onesource Tax Provision and Global Access Module related to all provision processes like Current Tax Provision, Deferred Tax Provision and Roll forward, Effective Tax Rate Analysis, Flow through set up (in case of US Partnerships), General Ledger automation for book to tax differences, Return to Provision calculations, Tax Payables and Tax Journal Entries. Recreation of historical Quarterly and Annual provision process in Onesource Software.

- Experience in end to end implementation of Onesource Income Tax software. Monitor set up of various processes like Chart of Accounts, Chart of book and tax adjustments, setting of Trial Balance mappings for various line items in the tax forms, setting up a Beginning Balance Sheet and further handover to client for tax return preparation.

- Experience in end to end implementation of Onesource Workflow Manager. Set up of workflows to track status of various compliances. Set up of Dataflow templates to collect various data from users and set up process to generate consolidated reports.

- Worked on large sized projects with clients having upto 1000 legal entities worldwide.

- Manage and execute implementation plan including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes and managing overall engagement related to implementation.

- Research and prepare India Gap analysis for various Direct Tax Products and work with US Product Management Team to resolve these gaps.

- Create specifications for custom reports and work with developers from Technology Consulting team to develop these custom reports.

- Knowledge of Onesource Indirect Tax (Sabrix) tool achieved through product cross training initiatives undertaken by the company.

- Assist in pre-sales process by acting as Solution Consultant and assist in Proof of Concept (POC). Give product demo to prospective clients that are headquartered in India. Also assist in project scoping.

- Team Management including Recruitment, training, mentoring and performance appraisals. Discuss team issues with local/US management for appropriate solutions.

- Responsible for service hours utilization of the team.
