RESPONSIBILITIES
It's a people management role -couple of counsellors would be assigned to him/her.The opportunity to be a part of a highly energetic and passionate team of Learning professionals under the Talent Development Business Partner. Lead the Behavioural, technical and Leadership learning - taking Ownership / responsibility and accountability of key TD responsibilities under the Talent Strategy
Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams & global learning teams to identify Learning needs and provide learning solutions and experiences
- Be the single point of contact for all learning needs
- Proactively approach while interacting with all stakeholders. Understand the business agenda and collaborate effectively with business leaders to provide the right learning solutions
- Focus on creating future ready workforce and apprise stakeholders on industry best practices in learning
- Facilitate soft skills , leadership and Behavioral skills programs
- Integrate with other learning strategies at firm to connect, standardise and build an innovative approach
- Create Learning paths/journeys and experiences in collaboration with SMRs from Business, embed Leadership/ enabling skills and Technology to make Skilling a holistic experience for professionals
- Work on key projects like Counselor Excellence, Mentoring and succession planning
- Lead the Key firm Learning Strategy (Badges and Tech MBA programs) under the skilling umbrella, bring in process improvements, more structure and innovation
With the above responsibilities comes a need to navigate through several learning teams, global teams and other SL and Talent teams, build credibility, trust and influence key decisions related to the role that will include buy-ins, investments, partnerships associated for a solid learning culture and model.
The learning one will receive is to build, create and transform learning in a large scale organization, set high standards for the industry and provide exceptional experiences that enable engaged employees and growth for the firm.
