Associate Director Talent Branding: The talent brand leader will be responsible for creating a strong and differentiated talent brand that makes current and potential employees excited to work at Company. This includes creating and evangelizing the employee value proposition. Bringing the brand to life in candidate experience journeys, employee experience, brand touch points and creating employee brand ambassadors through storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Create the core and creative positioning of the brand. - Articulating & evangelizing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) - Build and amplify the employment brand story across channels. - Design and measure employee experience in alignment with the core brand beliefs. - Channel Enhancement &amp; maximization - Social, Recruitment Marketing, Offline etc. - Use the power of social media to create a strong attraction to the employer brand. - Supporting the HR team in building customized talent campaigns, online/ off-line - Build a metrics based channels strategy for now &amp; the future that ensures that Company's story has a high share of voice among our talent audience - Integration of all marketing channels for brand development: website traffic growth, campus events and social media marketing, events strategy etc.
