Associate Director - Talent Acquisition - IT Vertical - Big4

Job Description :

- Lead a team of recruiters and deliver to all the hiring needs of the aligned BU as per SLA and Cost. Partner effectively with business and HRBP effectively and build strong relationship to influence decisions with appropriate use of MI and data/MIS.

Project Delivery :

- Execute strategy, vision in hiring growth agenda for the BU with focus on cost and timely closure as per agreed TAT and ensure business hiring needs are met

- Stakeholder relationship development and management for BU

- Involved in business headcount projections planning for BU.

- Drive process improvements that enhance team productivity and reduce turnaround time.

- Garner Management focus on potential escalations on time for effective remediation/course correction

Practice Management :

- Take on people responsibilities for a defined set of individuals and set their goals, deliver feedback, and coordinate appraisals

- Encourage behavior in the team that enables overall team's compliance to operational aspects, including accurate and timely completion of timesheets, creation of SOPs and process maps for deliverables

- Help bridge the program level objectives and team members- requirements through suggestions and initiatives that make the overall process robust
