Associate Director - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible to manage and execute a full-cycle recruiting process for candidates within our tech & non tech functions and drive the recruiters in closing requirements and managing the sourcing, candidate assessment, offer a recommendation, negotiation, offer acceptance, and on-boarding.
- You will develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, etc.
- You will build rapport and trust with leadership and partners throughout the organization; will partner with other team members on the People Team on matters related to onboarding, benefits, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience with full life cycle Tech & Non Tech Talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working for a search firm, coupled with start-up experience is preferred.
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Expert in networking and relationship-building skills.
- High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within the firm.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level managers and leaders.
