- Drive and support the defining of the strategy & execution for Sustainability India, both internally and externally

- Drive and execute strategic sustainability initiatives

- Influence and manage key stakeholders

- Driving internal and external working groups

- Monitoring and Review

- Master's degree or higher (preferably in Environmental Management / MBA from toptier B-Schools)

Skills and/or knowledge:

1) Developing partnerships relevant to internal needs of the program and team

2) Ability to work in a team by taking everyone along and effectively managing multiple projects & initiatives

3) Having a keen eye on the latest innovations and breakthroughs affecting our supply chain efficiency

4) Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation

5) Strong problem solving and analytical skills

6) Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders with a change-agent mindset

7) Ability to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes

8) Networking skills in terms of connections in start-up communities/accelerators is preferred

9) Prior experience in sustainability / external stakeholder engagement /knowledge of plant operations and supply chain is preferred

10) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively

11) Consistently attribute company values in all interactions with associates and customers

12) Proficiency with computers, MS office & diagnostic computer/agro software

13) Experience in presenting business proposals and budget proposals

14) Valid driver's license & willing to travel

15) Needs to overcome socioeconomic and cultural barriers to understand the core of the issues being faced by our farmers and team on the field

16) Unwavering focus on quality, ethics and a policy of taking "no-shortcuts"
