For you: You will have the ways and means to better the experience of customers shopping at company. Non-Large Control Tower is the central team that makes sure the supply chain runs 24/7 without any hiccups.. The candidate will be leading the Control Tower for company Supply Chain. - Drive reliability for assigned assets in terms of minimizing promise breach and extent of breach for customer order deliveries - Customer Experience - Own and lead the Customer experience for Supply Chain and act like an in-house representative of the end customer. - Returns / Losses - Drive to minimize return Pendency to achieve high Seller NPS and minimize losses on account of various leakages in Supply chain. - New Constructs - Co-pilot operations/design to drive reliable design and roll-outs of new constructs in assigned asset/function. - Proactively solve for potential risk areas and co-pilot readiness for peak volumes during festivals - Problem Solving - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency/productivity across assets through working closely with Operations/design teams
